For many of our members, GND isn’t just a gym,  it’s the part of their routine that holds it all together. As an inclusive gym in Chicago, we’ve created a space where people feel grounded and supported the moment they walk in. This is where your name matters, your presence is felt, and your goals are honored.

We’re not in the business of 30-day transformations or 12-week shred challenges. We don’t believe in short-term fitness programs that burn you out and leave you wondering what’s next. At GND, we’re committed to long-term fitness, sustainable progress, and helping you build the habits that carry you through every season of life.

Our strength training programs, group classes, and coaching are designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re a complete beginner or a competitive lifter. But we’re more than just workouts and weight loss goals.
