Lexi
Lexi has a B.S. in Recreation Management from Illinois State University, became an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer in 2018, and a CrossFit Level-1 Coach in 2021. She joined the staff at GND Strength Society in Chicago’s West Loop in 2023 and became General Manager later that year.
As a coach, Lexi works diligently alongside her clients to help them reach their goals by building long-term client-coach relationships with an open dialogue and creating a plan that fits each client. What is proven to be true scientifically holds significance in training, but every plan will fail without adherence. We aren’t just creating a one-way route to the end goal, we are forming habits that can be applied to your everyday life.
