KELLI

Kelli strongly believes that if you have a body, you are an athlete! Kelli once weighed over 300 pounds and now she is an elite level powerlifter that competes around the country. She works with athletes from high school to silver sneakers, post rehab patients and people who want to get stronger and leaner. She also has an extensive background in corporate wellness, she worked as the fitness coordinator and corporate wellness director at the Willis(Sears) Tower. Since branching out on her own she still continues to work as a  consultant, working with trainers at gyms to grow their business, and continue to help companies organize wellness programs. Kelli lives to inspire those who need it the most, and those who don't know they need it yet.


lexy

Lexy has her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She strives to guide people into getting active, and to help active people stay healthy and injury free, all while reaching their goals. Working with Lexy means a program that is manageable, enjoyable, and efficient.

Lexi

Lexi has a B.S. in Recreation Management from Illinois State University, became an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer in 2018, and CrossFit Level-1 Coach in 2022.

Over the last 6 years Lexi has worked a variety of clients ranging from high school to professional athletes, as well as adults and competitive powerlifters. Lexi believes in many training philosophies, but creating the best program and experience for you as the client is always the focal point.



alex

Alex is an NSCA certified personal trainer, graduated from UIC with a B.S. in kinesiology and was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the UIC Flames. She is a competitive powerlifter and works with people of all levels to gain strength.



Ricky

Ricky has successfully completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Illinois Chicago, earning a degree in Nutrition Science with a minor in Kinesiology. He is an ACE certified personal trainer and has two years of experience training clients, as well as six years of coaching experience in various disciplines such as gymnastics, cheerleading, diving, and powerlifting. He also is a competitive powerlifter and is very active within the community. Ricky believes that the fundamental keys to success, both inside and outside of the gym, lie in the act of setting goals and showing up.
