○ GND Strength Society reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, and membership terms with reasonable notice.

○ Members must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from trainers.
○ Proper attire and respectful behavior towards staff and members are mandatory.
○ Members are responsible for safely using equipment and reporting any malfunction immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy:
○ Members must provide a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellation.
○ Early cancellation fees may apply depending on your membership terms.

4. Liability Waiver:
○ Members acknowledge that strength training and physical exercise carry inherent risks. By using our facilities, you agree that GND Strength Society and its employees will not be liable for injuries or accidents sustained during gym
activities.

5. Governing Law:
○ These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
